Quick recap of recent timeline of events:

August 11 - Saean Group changed their business address from CA to Counselor Kwon's Las Vegas business address.

August 17 - Saean Medical website puts out a notice that private share exchange will cease for Saeanmedi shares on 8/31/22 due to filing on OTC for public trading. If I recall correctly, Saean had plans to list Saean Medi (OTC?) and Saean Group (NASDAQ?) around the same time frame, or something to that effect.

September 2 - Saean Group puts out a Korean press releases on their new Exod and future manufacturing plans.

September 19 - Saean updates their Instagram, removing all their old posts, and replacing with new Exod data.

Aug/Sept - Saean Group updated their website, and executive lineup was modified.

Just an opinion/guess, but these recent events suggest to me we should see something of substance soon. Perhaps they've been working with FINRA or SEC, etc. behind the scenes on things. - I believe that's what stage we are at. I still don't see anything re EMPM, but completion of Merger may reveal more on that subject, and why I believe we're still involved, as discussed previously.
