Notice in the upper right of the first page, there are three docket numbers. This means that the cases have been consolidated because they involve the same issues. I have the exact same thing in three of my cases where the arguments are exactly the same on both sides, so for purposes of pretrial disposition, everything gets decided together, but rather than file on all three dockets, we file on one docket with the understanding that the rulings are binding on all three cases.
