Valuation at $1.9B. Why would they try to sell $1B worth of shares in the fund raise if they only need $20M to complete trials of Tollo products? Selling far more than they need gives excess ownership to outside entities.

Todos does not provide funds for 3CL operations after the spinoff. 3CL raises their own capital if needed.

Keep your Florida land. You might need it. Gerald has been asked about this several times. It has not been determined if current Todos shareholders will get direct shares in the new entity. If they don't, 100% of Todos ownership in the new entity will be reflected on the Todos balance sheet and hopefully reflected in the Todos share price. If any shares are awarded to current Todos shareholders, that will reduce the amount on the Todos balance sheet because Todos won't own those shares any longer. Either way it's a wash for shareholders. The value of the new entity will be reflected in the value of our Todos shares or the shares we receive directly which we can hold or sell.

If you think you're going to get f*cked here, I suggest selling and moving on. There seem to be a great deal of concerns that in my view aren't based in any facts or backed up by anything the company has stated or published. I suggest spending some time reading through all the relevant PRs and filings and watching interviews where much of this is explained. Or continue to look for answers on a message board. Your choice. But thanks for raising lots of concerns about everything. I'm sure it contributes to keeping shareholders afraid to buy more, and keeps the share price low, which benefits me as I'm continuing to buy shares as often as I can.
