Who knows what really is the truth, it's trading under a penny and we're in the speculation Market, if you want more certainty go to listed stocks.

I can also make the argument that the company is a ongoing concern from the filings with the SEC but the CEO is supposable making all kinds of deals to fix all this, so I guess you could say you're trusting in the CEO and the due diligence by Crown King or you can just say it's a total gamble.

But I will tell you this: obviously you're not going to get very much certainty for a stock trading under a penny

I am long a million shares at about a .005 for pure speculation.
