Miami vs Georgia notes is NOT. However it's progressing along. Andrey dumped his lawyers and was due to file with the court today but no documents are published as of this post. He was given a poultry 2 days to file. He did settle the rental court case by writing a 20,000 check to malecon plaza management that case has settled in full.
I do not know if andrey has the financial means to take a 750k hit to his personal life as this suit trickles into his personal wealth as the companies are tied to him. That will undoubtedly be interesting if andrey settles this matter before trial and we will have an answer soon ish.

Mean while new entities are being published online namely nex bio sciences prodict relivra. It's of the same origin as relivatrol however I think we are seeing a complete renaming of businesses and products for example celebrity and omni have to many overlaping issues with other brands naming of products i.e. to simular lacking differentiation.

And that was a case pending with the trademark office so I think a rebranding will be apart of the story down the road on relaunch day. Andreys capacity going forward if I had a guess is to sit back and monitor his investment I'm not sure how integral he will be to the future but I am 7 years plus waiting on fruition and am bicycling america while I wait lol... 14 of 48 states done.
