TPTW-SCAM is lot like Nigerian "advance fee" SCAM. Similar mode of operation where the DELUSIONAL victims (Nigerian scammers call them mugu (aka fool), kinda like like our OTC dumdums) just need to wait on promises of "big payoff" (kinda like ghana-SCAM), where usually some royal Nigerian prince is involved (kinda like 2nd richest man "involved"), and mugu just needs to pay all these fees (like TEE FEES) to various "business partners" (like dimwit parrot frankie, general wart-on, etc) LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

The only difference is that the former is funded via Western Union while the latter is funded by White Lion ... and I don't think they rhyme by coincidence LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.
