I wish nothing more than he be gone. I'm sure he wishes he was gone and paid too, as he's had his share of delays and issues with his tickers in recent months.

What is owed to him shouldn't delay the future of FUNR, I wouldn't think, as they've got something going. On the other hand, they might appeal, as they've stated.
