This is my last criticism post about Adam Aron (AA) role and job as the CEO of the AMC Co.
When it comes to fundamentals and providing business value, AA you are doing a good job. When it comes to protecting the AMC stock value and maintaining shareholders confidense in the stock, AA you have done a very poor job. Here is the items you should be working on as the CEO of the AMC Company in regards to the AMC and APE stocks:
1. Do not say publicly that Naked Shorting does not exists generating billions of fake/synthetic/counterfeit AMC and APE shares. If you do not have proof one way or the other, keep silent. Untill you have the evidense to show there are no Naked Shorting or fake/counterfeit/synthetic shares in existance.
2. Due to the millions of millions of AMC and APE FTDs in existance, generally these exist because of Naked Shorting. Thus get lawyers to work on the reasons why the AMC Co. has the larget FTDs count in the world and proceed to follow law suits against: the SEC, DOJ, DTCC, Brokers, and others for allowing so much fruad to be committed with our AMC and APE shares.
3. Do not dilute or sell APE shares into the market when the price of the APE is at its all time low under $2. If you do that, people will think you are trying to bail out the shorts from having to cover 50 million APE FTDs and/or several million AMC FTDs. When T+35 comes to play in a few weeks.
4. Make comments on Twitter and in the press that you understand that the AMC stock has been heavily shorted in the past 2 years and is being fraudulently manipulated each and every day. MMs, HFs. manipulators have pressured the stock down illegally to $6 from $30 level. That should be proof enough that nefarious/evil forces are at play against AMC Co.
5. Convince your shareholders that you are working with a team of lawyers to stop the illegal/fraudulent shorting and price manipulations behind the scenes in the Dark Pools and other areas, and in the near future PRs will be released outlining what is being done to protect the AMC & APE share price and their shareholders.
6. Do not give us this indirect BS about if you make more money at the box office the share price will magically rip up and take care of all the fraud levied against it. When it is fraudulently being manipulated down inspite of the improving fundamentals.
AA can we trust you to look out for our best interests as shareholders or are you only looking out for yourself, your staff, and the AMC Co. with no concern for your (us) the AMC/APE shareholders???
AA please step up to the plate and play ball or get out of the game completely and let someone else who can do a better job with the AMC share prices and company as a whole entity.
