Yeah, in an earlier post I saw a response"the market knows". I believe miguel is doing exactly what he stated. I was pretty sure he claimed ebita positive to be reported this last earnings, but someone pointed out that's when it starts. I was also thinking they had all the crap goodwill done...nope.. got blasted with that. Tax wise it made sense for some of their moves. Some is questionable. Example is they claim to have saved 5% paying off the 23mil.... but did they really save? The dilution at these low prices is costing alot more ino. Only thing I can think why they did that is because they might be entertaining a buyout
