Yes, I ran into that March 2021 filing last night, oddly enough thanks to stervc and his usual lengthy and far fetched DD. One thing that I noticed is SWS uses the same address as ALTAIR but continues to claim they are doing a acquisition(?).
I had backed away from SSOF when the hype dropped off. I never did any investigation for Gauchy but I was all over Morris, like white on rice. Morris has disappeared from the front but I'm sure hime and his fellow snakes aren't far away.
With the entrance of Daniel Sobolewski I didn't do much there either. They managed a decent price pop that didn't last long and it has slowly floundered ever since. The latest attempt to get people excited about the REG A filing caught my attention, so, I jumped back on and dumped some quick info on the board. Looks like someone ran away from it today lol. I'll post that SEC letter later.
