So the Amazon deal is probably a case of “name association”

“Borrowed credibility” is when a company puts a known name on the BOD or Founders List to lend credibility (Boone Pickens) to the stock for little or no cost

This is more like “Purchased Credibility” since it costs the shareholders an arm and a leg

Do shareholders need to provide documentation that they have learned from their mistake in order to deduct CLNE losses as “educational expenses” ?
