It could be the market knows how to read financial sheets and not the hype of false promises and fake numbers

They see constant write-downs of 100s of millions of dollars.
They see claims of great balance sheets that have nothing to do with the product they purport to sell.
They see claims of EBITDA positive that are surrounded by all sorts of discredited qualifiers.
They see management bonuses based on how much they dilute shareholders.
