I think that if Johnny was around and of mature and legal binding age during the time of Elvis that Johnny could have discovered Elvis better and the rewards related to Johnny's business endeavors would have helped with more success.

If Johnny and Elvis hung out more I personally speculate that Elvis would have had less drugs similar to when one person eats a loaf of bread or when 5,000 people from a load of bread.

But then the crazy thing is, I know for sure I wouldn't touch a load of bread with not even 30 people getting their hands in it which leads me to think that Elvis may have not done these drugs for all we know because some different Johnny back then took them instead in that day while blaming others.
