Hi, Why would the beneficiaries of receiving employee OTTV stock sell it all instead of keep some of it because they know how great Johnny is with results and working hard?

Also, are employee stock rules the same as employment law and the receivers are all people that Johnny will need to have to pay social security and employment tax on? It is OK if Johnny doesn't have the money because the government gives the credits to the misclassified Viva worker and collects it from the perpetrators azz when the azz is available with something.

Johnny should be careful giving any money to lawyers when they are taking payment and sounding vague and not seeing a client agreement because they will take also from Johnny while saying they want to be like Johnny when working with Johnny in every case. In some cases they will be good lawyers to the other clients and just wish to be like Johnny when working with Johnny.
