This board has been hearing those words since DBMM first published the "investor update" that said the form 211 had been submitted!

Hasn't happened yet and likely won't, until the SEC rules on the PFR and deals with the OIP.

It's well known. FINRA and OTCM won't go against the SEC in these matters. Never have, never will.
