I think you guys are confused. The order granting destruction of hard copy documents for certain subsidiaries is only for that. Its not that big of a deal. That order has nothing to do with closing the bankruptcy. Where did you guys get that idea?

All Bankruptcy documents filed in this case are archieved with the SDNY bankruptcy court and all electronic documents with LBHI and managed by the Plan Admin still exist electronically.

Also, LBHI is the debtor. They are not closed. LBHI is the holding company. The BK will not close if the debtor, the holding company is ongoing in the bk.

We also have a distribution coming in March 2023. I hope this clears up the confusion on the board.
