When all the subsidiaries BK cases were closed, including the last one of "Lehman Brothers Inc", the closing of the POR for Chapter 11 of LBHI was filed and ordered was signed Sept 14th by Judge Chapman. They have probably destroyed the records of the POR by now... this is it. there won't be any "Close" of Chapter 11 of LBHI other than this.

The same thing happened with the Chapter 11 closing of the "WaMu Bank Holding co" WMIH...the BKs of all its subsidiaries, including WMB(Washington Mutual Bank FSB) were completed and without any notice, one fine day, the shares of the new emergent "WMIH" started trading...it was in fact done so stealthily that even on the day they started trading and for almost one month after that, there was no 8-K from WMIH and the IR of WMIH didn't even respond to WaMu "WMIH" shareholders queries if WaMu had "officially" emerged as New WMIH. I held some XXXXX+ shares of WMIH that I was awarded against my WaMu Escrows, at that point and currently hold some XXXX+ COOP shares, as there was a 12-1 R/S of WMIH shares subsequently, as part of 'Merger with NSM and 'allocation of new company Mr.Cooper group,Inc.
