Regardless of what the PR read….you and I have no idea what the terms are of any incoming assets, if and when those assets are merged. One thing that I would take into consideration is the raised authorized shares. You can assume why and how they are being appropriated, but that’s all guess work, which presents a significant risk. As I mentioned, which is also a reflection of my opinion, this sure as heck isn’t behaving like a billion dollars in assets are merging into this ticker. Remember those .0036’s that were available? Questionable buy now. To each his/her own…..the real problem comes when someone is suggesting others to buy.
