How many years has Mersky promised that SNNC is going to be fully reporting?

From July 13, 2021:

"The Company has retained the firm, Farber Hass Hurley LLP, Certified Public Accountants, to conduct PCAOB required audits of its financial statements for the prior two years. Upon completion of the audits, the Company will file the required applications to return to fully reporting status with the SEC."

Well that didn't work out very well.

What happened to the asset purchase?

"The products will be manufactured and distributed from Sibannac’s new facility in Scottsdale, Arizona."

Where is the facility located - is there an address?

What happened to the SNNC stock?

"NOHO will acquire Smog Armor with convertible preferred shares which will not result in any immediate dilution of the common stock. Sibannac will then acquire the NOHO assets by following through ahead of schedule on its announced acquisition plan from, using warrants which will then be issued to NOHO for distribution to shareholders of record on July 29, 2022."

Does Smog Armor know they are being acquired?
