playing the stock market is a zero sum game, meaning some must lose, so that others can win....when you buy a stock, you are trying to take some one else money from them... one must use all means available to protect your money, as well as to separate money from others...the stock market, contrary to many people that invest, is THE PLAYGROUND FOR THE RICH, AND BROKERS... they set the prices for which THEY BUY AND SELL.. not retail... retail cannot make the price go up even with zillions of share traded...buy low, and sell high is the mantra for brokers...retail buys high, and sells low... if one does not use options trading in his account......he is a fool, and should not be in the stock market...
