It appears that the institutions who are shorting aren’t expecting any significant news, and arent worried. If they were, their holdings would have gradually decreased as the year end approaches. Are they all just ignorant—dont at least some of them understand the story and timelines given, or is it just smart retail that understands?

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
