Justfrank, Here is slander: Globetel and all officers and directors are honest and trustworthy, there is nothing questionable about anything they do or have done in the past. The companies set up by Jonthan Leinwand are for the benifit of the shareholders and the company. All press releases from this company were true at the time and were honestly presented. Shareholder value will increase. Globetel has done no wrong when delisted from the AMEX and the SEC will find no wrongdoing that will have an effect on the company.

"There is no great honor these days in being a long (very long).......
Not a lot of profit either it seems."
