Makes me start to suspect that the ASM is being delayed so an important voting matter can be included rather than holding an ASM sooner and requiring another voting event to be just after the ASM.

What voting matters might be pending?

First is a possible increase in number of company shares, as many expect.

Another might be for shareholder approval of a business matter such as a merger or acquisition or spinoff.

Idk if a change in listing requires a vote.

Or could some quiet period associated matter warrant waiting until relief of the quiet period?

What I can say is that this delay of the ASM doesn’t appear to be due to business as usual, and is likely significant and I assume justifiable to the SEC.
