Oh, good grief. The property cannot "revert back to IFUS," since IFUS never owned the property nor even claimed that it did. IFUS, until this recent questionable PR, said that it leased the property.

If IFUS is trying to claim ownership under "adverse ownership" statutes. it had best review Louisiana laws, which make that more difficult than in any other State in the country. Even under the most lax of laws in any state, IFUS doesn't come close to fulfilling the requirements of Adverse Ownership.

The reason IFUS refuses to provide proof of ownership is quite simple; it does not own the property. Parish records, as pointed out by Slojab, show that it never has owned the property.
