LOLOLOLOL. Some might want them to be able to share news at an ASM and be out of the quiet period/journal embargo. It seems like nonsense to call for an ASM to answer shareholder questions when every answer will be, 'sorry, we are in a quiet period/embargo, can't answer that question'. LOLOLOL, this is utter nonsense.
