They need financing and PR a year ago was showing progress (or at least starting it). That is the reasoning for the increase in SP. The company gave forward statements that showed they were in motion. But they have missed many of their dates and guidance and this shows negative sentiment where people sell. No groups. If the groups were doing this, they would have sold during the rally imo. Why wait til it heads to .002 to sell.

Long story short your opinion is just that. Fact is company is doing weird stuff declaring a RS and retracting (who does that), stating clearly they need financing and are in a precarious position. Can it still happen ? Sure. But ignoring the obvious is putting blinders on.
