Good afternoon $AVCT Group!

Will be transparent and real with this board regarding why I invested into this company. Not emotional with all the trading activity that's going on with the MMs, halting, Walls to hold it down, ect.

Bought $AVCT after researching the company's SEC files and understanding a (POTENTIAL) buyout in the near future. There are many clues in their files that indicates a buyout. All the company's info IMO points toward a buyout. Don't know when, but I'm holding. If it doesn't happen, then I will lose $$$ on this one.

Here's another clue that I found on Glassdoor.com... that may or may not be a real employee of $AVCT. Who really knows, but I'm using logic and common sense here based on his review on Glassdoor!
However, I believe he is legit... from what he stated under "Advice to Management" . This is very significant what he stated in his review, "Address the rumors in a more succinct manner so that we can all figure out what we need to be doing for our families." If this guy is a real employee for $AVCT, then I'm taking the risk and assuming there will be a buyout.

The company has been great to the employees till recent now all we hear about is a potential buyout in the works.

Typical COVID burnout happening amongst employees.

It's okay to call me Naive, but I'm believing this is NOT a FAKE review!
Time will tell sooner or later. I'll be patiently watching.
