Osler spent 34 years with Sprint where he served as president of several business units. As senior vice president of organizational integration, he played an integral role in reorganizing Sprint's 71,000 associates from a three-division, product-centric company into a single service-focused business. Most recently, Osler served as CEO of a telecommunications product manufacturer during the successful turnaround of that company, where he diversified the company's revenue streams and drove expansion into several new customer segments.
President and CEO of AFN Doug Bethell said, "Randy is joining us at an exciting time. The rapid growth of our new wireless Internet service accelerated our search for proven managers capable of working closely with our partner Sprint. Randy is a respected telecom veteran whose operational and integration experience will be invaluable in streamlining AFN and bringing more value to our shareholders. We welcome him aboard and look forward to his input."
