Hi byculla.

I realize this is months ago, but...

Do you mean stop loss orders?
If so, then I can't help you.
But TD Ameritrade allows GTC Ext orders, Buy and Sell for almost any stock except OTC stocks, but they do allow GTC regular hours for it.
