1) Nowhere in my post did I say you said they were mismanaged. Why are you even asking?

2) Where did I say, repeatedly "all this silence is normal". These kinds of attacks are not NORMAL. These kinds of campaigns only happen to very particularly targeted companies. I agreed with you that yes, they had not had any quarterly calls

This is exactly what I said to the comment to which you just replied.

"I said no, they haven’t had quarterly calls HFT3. I did not say that was typical. However, in my experience with companies like this, single product companies that have been massively shorted by hedge funds, it actually is quite typical to go silent. And in this case, given what I know now, I honestly believe it was the right strategy. The attacks on this company are so nasty and determined, I have no doubt they would have destroyed it. I don’t thing that would have served the interests of anyone but those shorting the company and I don’t believe therefore that I have missed anything or been disadvantaged by it. "

That's my opinion, by the way. You don't have to agree with it.

3) What similar small company examples have you provided? I have not been in these conversations with you. As for the quiet period and publication, that is an entirely different issue. You're mixing issues I believe.

4). You write "Nothing but congratulations to you for being up 60%. Did you not know about nwbo before 5 years ago or did you just know not to believe what Linda Powers was saying in 2013, 2014, and 2015? See I was the suckered and believed what the CEO was telling shareholders
Good for you for knowing different"

I follow companies that get harassed like this, generally I'm pretty good at managing my investment and getting in when they are not shorted. Until recently, it was a very good record, but I won't claim 100%, but that other case involved interference from a large shareholder and I did get out before the thing got too hairy. But generally, yes, I repeatedly say that I do not speak to management at these companies, at all. They all engage in a fair amount of puffery on time lines, whether by accident or on purpose, who knows, but they are almost ALWAYS wrong until they aren't. If the stock is doing well, no one pays much attention, if they are very volatile, then when some people are down, then they scream a lot. But often that is specific to those people.

I think the risks were described and understood in their filings, future statements are covered by safe harbor and people who don't understand these things should not be investing in individual stocks. Yes, I did avoid the stock in those years. I followed it to some degree, but did not consider it as ready for my investment given various factors at the time that I was watching it and my own investment agenda at that time. As for being defrauded, the 2017 Lerner decision was a broad claim of fraud, and it was dismissed for failure to state a claim, and was not filed again. If you think that though, speak to a lawyer. I expect a large degree of timing inaccuracy and challenges for these tiny companies. I do recall the short attack, which occurred around the time and after that you describe, and honestly, I'd place the blame on the short attack for much of what happened here, but you can blame whomever you'd like and speak to a lawyer. I can't help you. As I said, I'm up almost 60% annually and that's after staying flat YTD and for the 1 year being down. Most investments are down quite a bit, right now, if you hadn't noticed. Most are down a lot YTD.

I wish you luck in managing your investment. Did anyone encourage you to average down and take losses against other gains in 2019 and 2020 and average down your stake here? I don't know your investment picture, but honestly, given your statements about being defrauded yet claiming you did not say "mismanagement", which I did not even suggest in my previous post, I'm reading quite a bit of confusion about this investment. I don't think I can help you as I can only derive my understanding of your situation indirectly and of course I'm not an investment advisor and am not here to help anyone, but just to discuss experiences and share ideas. That is all this is all about here. Sharing opinions and we're all in the same boat, but how we deal with it makes a world of difference. I'm not feeling the same way you are, and I'm not here to tell you to stay invested or hold or invest more. Honestly, in your situation, I'd have probably sold at .14, from the level of confusion and anger at management whom, you say, you did not say mismanaged anything, but defrauded and suckered you.

I own NWBO. My posts on iHub are always posted expressly as just my humble opinion (IMHO) and none are advice, just my opinion. I am NOT a financial advisor, and it is assumed that everyone is responsible for their own due diligence.
