The Calasse appeal can get tossed by the appellant court at any time ...or, perhaps it takes a little bit...Who knows for sure, but based on the facts linked above, who cares??

WNFT... an SEC reporting - Fully audited company with no dilution and no debt ..Who the hell cant wait two minutes?

By the way, those suggesting that George is only suing Calasse for 15k in the "fiduciary duty suit" need to brush up on their law... He is suing for "Damages in excess of $15,000" to show it is "in excesses"of small claims and is pertinent to the court in which it was filed ...Further more, this "fiduciary duty suit" does not hold up or effect the appeal (other than the leverage it provides Sharp overall).

Mr. Sharp has pent 6 figures on this venture not to mention a LOT of his time. Think about it. He can do anything he wants here in the meantime.

The mandatory settlement conference did not yield an agreement with Calasse, however we anticipate that $WNFT will proceed with a business plan over the next several weeks which will include an acquisition(s). This statement should not be construed as a guarantee for success.
