In 2011 Eddie filed a disclosure with the SEC stating:

"The Company was included in a law suit between Artfest International Inc, and Mr. Stephen Rash, a former Artfest employee. The management feels that the suit is frivolous and without merit."

Yeah well.. the judge apparently disagreed and awarded $500,000 payable PERSONALLY by Eddie, Angie and Scott --NOT their companies-- for FRAUD, BREACH OF CONTRACT, FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT, FRAUD BY MISREPRESENTATION, UNJUST ENRICHMENT and BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY.
