Where is the documentation on that Vakser? Why has no action been taken???

The State of Texas says:

TEXAS
Pre-Filing Remedies:
? Tex. Gov. Code Sec. 405.022 grants authority for the secretary of state to
request the assistance of the attorney general to determine whether a
record presented for filing is fraudulent and to refuse to accept the record
upon such determination.
Post-Filing Remedies:
? Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 9.5185(a) provides that a person who
knowingly files a forged, materially false or groundless financing
statement is liable to the owner of property covered by the financing
statement for the greater of $5000 or actual damages, court costs and
attorney’s fees.
? Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 9.5185(d) provides that the owner of property
covered by the fraudulent financing statement may also seek specific relief
by filing suit.
? The filing office will expunge the debtor name on a fraudulent filing from
the UCC index upon receipt of an appropriate court order and substitute an
image of the order for the image of the fraudulent record. The filing office
will also file a judicial finding of fact as an amendment if there is no order
to expunge.
Criminal Penalties:
? Tex. Penal Code § 37.101(b) provides that a person who knowingly files a
forged financing statement commits a felony in the third degree and that a
person who knowingly files a materially false or groundless financing
statement commits a Class A misdemeanor. If the person commits the
offense with the intent to defraud or harm another, the offense is a state
jail felony.

There is no Texas DA. There are district attorneys for each county, so what county has jurisdiction and is handling the case????

Simple answers. The Discovery and subpoenas already started. You still have NO attorneys representing you, and we have reported all the lies that you keep posting to the judge. I have NO intention dropping my cases against you, and now I have a class action group going after you. I will protect my investors and shareholders. I have NO judgements, no criminal records, and FAKE documents that you keep posting, are just that...FAKE!!!......

And finally, anyone can do a background check on me, and they will see that I do not have criminal record. I am cleared to run 7 public companies. You,.....soliciting murder for hire against myself and my family. Not to mention numerous lawsuits from ex clients, vendors and of course myself and my group. The rest is your dreams and delusions.. So good luck with that.

I have a copy of the background check on Eddie Vakser as it was submitted to the court. Lots of very damning stuff. Court cases out the wazoo, at least 3 Social Security numbers and so much more dirt.

If Barry Mezey had solicited your murder, Mr. Vakser, then do reference the police report by jurisdiction and report number so that we may see the records. If this was legit you would have gone to your local police and the FBI immediately. Murder for hire means that Mezey actually hired someone or several someones to kill you. That would have absolutely gotten law enforcement action if it really happened.

Enumerate and properly document all the the"numerous lawsuits" from Mr. Mezey's former clients and vendors. If these cases exist you should have no trouble providing proof of that claim.

Are you, Mr. Vakser, claiming all the press releases that are posted and discussed on this thread and in court are fake? I didn't loan anyone my time travel broomstick to go back and change any of them! You are the one that issued said releases.

What about those emails that were put in the court record. Are you stating that those are fake as well? Those screen shots looked completely genuine and unaltered to me.

Discovery and subpoenas have still not started 9 months later. Again, you are lying. The case doesn't even have a scheduling order in place yet.

And, just where is that group you promised. The case is not class action as you stated. Just more lies and threats to try and scare your legitimate critics into silence. This mess of a case will never go class action.
