The estimate of $AVXL volume attributed the $XBI was way off.

Looking at the XBI's holdings adjustment from yesterday to today, the number of AVXL shares went up 51k, from 2.982M (.414) to 3.033M (.447). It fluctuates daily. (Previous est was in error)


I was commenting that 780K was way, way, way off.

19M shares of XBI were traded today... thus, it was responsible for approx 780k shares of AVXL's volume.


51K is a more reasonable estimate.

ETF's are active market participants if not the main participants in many tickers.
