The Company recently notified on June 2, 2022, by The Nasdaq Capital Market that the Company's stock price was below the minimum $1.00 per share requirement for continued inclusion on The Nasdaq Capital Market. Should we be unable to regain compliance with the Bid Price Requirement within the 180 days from the date of the notification, or in the future, should we fail to comply with the minimum listing standards applicable to issuers listed on The Nasdaq Capital Market, our common stock may be delisted from The Nasdaq Capital Market. If our common stock is delisted, it could reduce the price of our common stock and the levels of liquidity available to our stockholders.
