IPO (initial public offering) is done by successful privately held companies that are growing fast and proving the growth by posting stellar revenues and profit, and they are very careful of how much they dilute in the stock offering.

Proceeds of successful companies going IPO go towards funding ambitious projects that bring back even more revenues and growth.

Proceeds from MASSIVELY DILUTED stock sales by government handout scrounging TEE-FEE SCAMS such as TPTW go directly to paying for OTC-dumdum-tee-fee-SCAMMER ST3's house rent, tee fees, and nepotistic family welfare.
