foxi - That's a good point about the 115M. There seems to be quite a bit that just doesn't make any sense, as we're missing pieces to the puzzle, and as long as we are still waiting on the audit (ENZC not yet officially SEC Fully Reporting), they can avoid disclosing certain things.

Now, if your #2 is correct, we wouldn't see that until Q3 filings.

With #1 in your post, also makes me wonder if there is some way that the Zhabilov trust was sold for this purpose?

I will say this, it seems that "Something" is going on that they don't want disclosed yet and/or cannot disclose yet.
