Revenue = $976

Net Loss for Quarter = $354,088

Where is the capital coming from to acquire Smog Armor DRNK doesn't have any capital?

Let's say the valuation of Smog Armor is $500,000 that means DRNK would have to use 2.5 Billion shares in a all stock acquisition.

Plus, it looks like a 5 year old did the financials - I guarantee they will never be a SEC filer.

Smog Armor seems to be a very small company.

Lies! They Have that Business thanks to ME! Angel pedroza and Leonard tim sperry told me they were looking for hotel for their buyer. They were looking for extended stay hotel. And I found them B Ocean Hotel in ft lauderdale. They promised to pay me my commission of $333k it was $1M Dollar Commission that was suppose to be splitted amongst us 3. They signed contract and everything. Then told the owner I had nothing to do with them. And then told me I wouldn’t find out if property sold or not! This happened in 2018! B ocean just changed owners last year 2021 I have all my story expanding in my Instagram @jennsellsrealestate7 it’s all lied to not pay me! They are crooks liars and we’re never meant to open any of those businesses Iam the chosen one NOT them! I found the property NOT them! They are bad people this is why God Never gave them the intelligence to find this property!

If Mersky is involved the other company is also a scam.
