I provided an example of how a real holding company operates - those are cold hard facts not some nonsense to protect the incompetent CEO Sharp.

What has he accomplished as the CEO of GRDO/FORW that would impress anyone but those married to FORW?

That isn't true as I have posted the Berkshire revenue. When a subsidiary actually generates revenue - the Holding company receives the revenue minus the COGS and SGA - that is the holding company’s revenue.

A consolidated subsidiary, means that its earnings, assets, and liabilities will be included in the holding company’s financial statement.
