Very good. Putting the asta nonsense all together tells a very different story than the lofty promotional baloney thats being presented.
Mick’s take is interesting. My question is why didn’t he issue a PR to do his part “to advance our own financial disclosure practices and identify and pursue those who have engaged in other illegal securities activities involving our stock including disseminating false and misleading social media statements”?? The case had already been Voluntarily Dismissed, that’s a fact, plus there were altered PRs. Not sure why that occurred, but it’s documented for all to see, including Davis.

Why was the court case dismissal not made public by asta?
That was a material event the public deserved to know.
Altering company press releases and redistributing them is criminal.
The way I see it , nothing there to instill any confidence in asta whatsoever.
