No it sure is not.
Public disclosure of a material event is on the shoulders of the ceo.
He not only failed miserably, it led to the insultingly embarrassing fraudulent social media misinformation that was being nautiously repeated multiple times every day FOR MONTHS.

We’re on the same page, excellent question. Sticking ones head in the sand is not a good look for an EM CEO.
