I could be wrong but I imagined people invest hoping for a quick return. It’s fair game if the initial sale was honest. But if the person selling you the stocks is a friend, family or a romantic partner, who you trust, told you that it’s a good investment and that it’s proven to me a good investment because so and so made millions and that you can withdrawal your investment if you so changed your mind… it sounded like a good deal, right? It’s robbery.
