Why does someone think/believe ENZC drugs will fail?

The deal is this, if ENZC PAYS Samsung, they will provide services for manufacturing and developing ENZC soon to be failed drugs. Samsung is going to turn down business if someone wants to pay them for something? LOL Of course not!
