While most CEOs work hard to post stellar revenues and profits on their 10Ks and increase shareholder value, OTC-dumdum-tee-fee-scammer ST3 thinks differently. He believes that dumdums should support his fake/scammy/pumpy PRs by endlessly buying diluted shares that he prints willy-nilly with help of his TOXIC FUNDER White Lion friends. The proceeds of these dilution dumps are used for “worthy causes” like paying house rent, tee fees, and supporting his nepotistic family.
With no more taxpayer handouts (PPP loans) to scrounge, and bag-holding dumdums lately demanding this strange concept of pay-for-performance, he had initially determined that MASSIVE RS in order to start mooching off a new set of dumdums was the best course to take in the face of inflating house rent and tee fees LOLZ.
In yet another PR announcing cancellation of (postponement for 45 days?) the planned MASSIVE RS, he once again broke out his world’s smallest violin and bitched, moaned & whined that OTC-dumdums were not doing enough. He stated: “It is very frustrating for the company to put great news out to inform its shareholders of its continued progress to only see the share price decrease in the open market.”, thus confirming that TPTW is a pay-for-PR SCAM LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
It must be noted that OTC-dumdum-tee-fee-SCAMMER ST3 has been putting out “great news” such as LIEGHTSPEED NASDAQ uplist by EOY 2021 coupled with release of SUPER-(CR)APP, and more recently “more great news” about reselling semen in a non-existent shartshitty project in the middle of bumfk nowhere that was supposed to have “commenced immediately” many months ago. But the dumdums don’t realize how much Miralax it takes to keep generating those feces .. oops ..PRs to fling at them LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.
Rumor has it that the RS filing (for which there was no pumpy “national” PR … they tried to slip that in just like their 10Qs) took TOXIC FUNDER White Lion by surprise as they had not yet done dumping their dilution haul. TOXIC FUNDER White Lion lawyers demanded that he cancel/postpone RS until they are done dumping or they promised to pound him in his “special place where the sun dont shine”, which forced OTC-dumdum-tee-fee-SCAMMER to .. (UM..RECT)-ify the situation LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
