JRoon71, What do you think about Denner's silence? Denner spent $104Mil+ to acquire 24Mil shares ($4.36/share) and now he's losing around 75% of his investment. TBH I'm very baffled by his " just TALK and do-nothing" since his public announcement threatening AMRN BOD with the "special shareholder meeting" action more than 3 months ago. In my post 382209 replying to alm2's post 382194, https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=169310264 I did an analysis on the proxy votes and it showed that Denner only has to acquire another 1% (4Mil shares) he will get the majority vote in a special meeting to kick out the entire AMRN BOD. It only costs him $4.4Mil now to get that 1% after spending $104Mil+. Why can he make such a move? SP will definite RISE at least 50%+ if he would make such a buy and call a special meeting immediately after that.
