Southern Glazer's is not just a billion dollar company...they did $21 Billion in revenue in 2021. Additionally, CW has had around 23,000+ retailers for a while, but this new deal could add quite a bit more. I don't think many people had counted on liquor stores as potential outlets for hemp/CBD products, but this new distribution deal opens up something like ~45,000 new potential retailers in just the U.S.

Southern Glazers also covers Canada, which could add a couple thousand more liquor/beer stores on top of any other Canadian stores they get into going forward. CW had their first Canadian harvest this past year, and as far as I know, there are no other U.S. CBD companies who can sell in Canada yet.

Lastly, to answer your question about wine...I'm not sure what form any drinks might be in, but CW are definitely looking to add drinks of some kind this year, which could make the Southern Glazer's deal even sweeter....
