Wine, you realize this is just a contract being signed (they have not bought anything) with a $10,000 refundable[url][/url][tag]insert-text-here[/tag] binder if they decide not to close in Nov. The seller is holding paper on all but $75,000 of the $600,000 purchase price on a 5 year balloon note if they do close. I will bet money this is a PR stunt and for some strange reason they will back out of purchasing this land and we will never see a black box or weed grown here. Hope I am wrong but if right it will be the same song and dance we have been getting for years. Stay tuned.
