Simple logic:
* If ghana was true and stock was going to uplist to NASDAQ at LIEGHTSPEED as OTC-dumdum-tee-fee-SCAMMER ST3 claimed at the EGC conference, then the stock would be in dollar land by EOY 2021.
* In that case, Auctus few 100ks loan should have been paid off in all-cash, not in shares, certainly not 15 million shares (15+ mil dollars in two months)
