LOOKS SO: never ending OLE timeline that simply does not produce data even after all the delay. Other companies in the biotech industry have no problem getting a date with FDA. I suspect that data collection is messed up and/or is sub-optimal any way you slice it or dice it.

we have two genius FDA bureacrats on the payroll, so we should be able to get the head of the FDA on speed dial.

Which means the data isnt that good. Maybe not bad, but not that good either. which explains $9 a share
