You cannot legally prevent people from shorting a stock. If you wish to prevent that I suggest the ff :

1.) Have a good product - DONE
2.) Have competent management - missing
3,) Have competent marketing - missing
4.) Understand the market into which you are selling - woefully missing
5.) UNderstand the nuances of selling in your industry - Clueless
6.) Understand your competition - clueless
7.) Defend your product when maligned by industry leaders

With the above tools you can now sell your product and have profits. If you have profits, wise investors will purchase the stock and its value will increase leaving shorts in the dust .

This is highly unlikely with this company at THIS time and that my friend is why people are shorting it.

This may change if Denner ever cleans house and if they win the Healthnet case .

In the meantime pay no attention to the AMRN employees on this site who rotate through with various names to continuously cheer for this company despite its obvious failure as reflected in stock price from $26 to $1.

In the meantime join us shorters and make some cash
